Pack - n - Stack Bills month to month with a $25.00 Refundable security deposit providing the unit is returned clean and undamaged. Bills are issued the beginning of the month and due by the 15th of the month. If not paid our lock is placed on the unit on the 16th of the month. After the 20th there is a $10.00 late fee... NO EXCEPTIONS
We bill only once per month, You pay for only the days you rent with us for the current month we are in. The beginning of our months start on the 15th.
Gates are opened during normal business hours. Combination access is required for gate for all other times. The combination is changed on the 15th of every month. The new combination will be sent on your monthly invoice, as long as you are current with your bill.
